INTRODUCING THE DEVON EMS GROUP - EVENT CO-ORDINATION UNIT [ECU]
The ECU has been developed in order to improve efficiency and use experience by bringing various operational threads under a single umbrella.
We can assist you in the planning of your event by offering the following: -
CONSULTATION The first point of contact will normally be a telephone call or E-Mail which in may instances is will suffice, however equally we are very happy to arrange for a full in-depth conversation free of charge which can be by telephone, teams meeting, or in person at our unit office in Bridge House Newton Abbot.
NEEDS ANALYSIS Following on from the consultation phase we can agree on the amount and type of input required for your event.
PLANNING Once we have reached an agreement on the input required we can commence outline planning.
Our Senior Planning Team comprising of Jim [Clinical Care Manager] and Ryan [Event Operations Manager] have in the region 65 years event service collectively.
BROKERAGE As part of our outline planning we will make provisional arrangements with one or more of our internal Service Delivery Units to deliver the agreed service for your event, we may from time to time need to utilise the services from one of our external associate providers, this would also apply should you require input from a security provider or event management company.
SERVICE DELIVERY If appointed to be your service provider we will appoint either one of our internal services providers [Community SDU] or [AmbFAS SDU] with or without specialist support, one of our external associate partners, or a combination of both.
Our prices start from £120 [VAT is not Applicable]
We can cater for most event sizes and complexities either internally or collectively with external associate partners.
Our Principle Clinical Lead at strategic level is our Medical Officer [Doctor], he is supported by other Healthcare Practitioners and Associates who go to form our Clinical Support Team and provide clinical management on a day to day basis.
ALL events are therefore Healthcare Practitioner Led either in person or remotely.
EVALUATION We aim to undertake post-event evaluation for most events both internally and involving any external associate partners and event organisers, as we at all times seek to improve our service.
AREA COVERED With input from our South Central SDU and our external associate partner CCW Event Medics both based in Oxford we can provide a service from Oxford toward South Wales and the South Coast and westwards to Cornwall.
